These terms apply to every person who creates or uses an account on housie.vip. Access is available where local law permits, so you must confirm that using the platform is lawful in your location before opening an account.

We will send a notification to the email address registered to your account. If you continue using the platform after the update takes effect, that counts as your acceptance of the revised terms. You may close your account if you do not agree.

Raise the dispute through live chat or email with your transaction reference number. We will review the payment record on our end alongside your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transaction ID and aim to resolve it within 72 hours.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms. You will receive written notice stating the reason. You may appeal by contacting support, and we will review the case and respond within five business days.
